The short answer
Most people arriving on this page have been reading for months before telling anyone. So, plainly: these are ordinary operations performed in a hospital theatre by surgeons who do them weekly, the consultation is with a clinician rather than a salesperson, and nothing about your treatment appears on a document anyone else sees.
What separates a good outcome here from a poor one is almost entirely expectation. Labiaplasty reliably relieves a physical symptom — rubbing, catching, discomfort in sport or sex. Vaginoplasty addresses laxity after childbirth. The penile procedures change dimension within limits set by your own anatomy, and the honest range is narrower than the internet suggests.
We will not give you a figure in centimetres before a surgeon has examined you, and we will not promise a change in sexual function. Where someone has quoted you a number without an examination, that number came from a brochure.
Which procedure addresses which concern
Labial tissue that rubs, catches on clothing or interferes with sport or sex
Labiaplasty — usually under sedation or local anaesthetic, the shortest stay of the group.
Laxity after childbirth, reduced sensation during sex
Vaginoplasty, which tightens the canal and repairs the muscle layer rather than only the skin.
Length is the concern
Penile lengthening, which releases the suspensory ligament; the gain is in the visible part and is modest.
Girth is the concern
Penile thickening, by fat transfer or graft depending on what the examination shows.
Erectile function rather than dimension
This is a urology problem and not a cosmetic one. Say so at the consultation — the right answer may be medical rather than surgical, and we will tell you if we are the wrong people to ask.

What these operations can and cannot change
- Labiaplasty removes excess tissue and leaves a line along the edge that becomes difficult to see by about six months. It does not change sensation when done properly, and it is not a treatment for dryness or pain with a medical cause.
- Vaginoplasty addresses mechanical laxity. It does not treat urinary incontinence, which is a separate operation, and it cannot restore sensation lost to nerve injury.
- Penile lengthening works on the proportion of the organ that is already outside the body. It does not change erect length beyond the released portion, and in men carrying weight at the pubis a mons liposuction contributes more visible length than the release does.
- Thickening by fat transfer partially resorbs — a proportion of what is placed does not survive, which is why a second session is sometimes planned from the start rather than sold as a correction.
- None of these operations treats a psychological distress about size that is out of proportion to the anatomy. A good surgeon will decline in that situation, and so will we.
How privacy is handled
Consultations are one to one. Nothing is discussed over a group messaging line, and photographs you send are held for the clinical plan and not used in any marketing, ever — not anonymised, not cropped.
The hotel booking and the transfer carry no clinic name. Invoices describe the service without naming the procedure. If you are travelling with a partner or a friend, they are told what you tell them.

Recovery, honestly
Labiaplasty: desk work in three to five days, no sex, cycling or swimming for four to six weeks. Swelling in the first fortnight is asymmetric and alarming and almost always settles.
Vaginoplasty: two weeks off, nothing internal for six, and no heavy lifting during that time.
Penile procedures: four to six weeks before sexual activity, stretching exercises or a device as instructed if lengthening was done, and the final result at three to six months once swelling has gone. The first weeks look worse than the outcome, in every case on this page.
What the package covers and what it does not
The quoted figure covers the operation in a hospital theatre, the anaesthetist, pre-operative tests, hospital and hotel nights, private transfers, dressings and medication, and remote follow-up afterwards.
Flights are separate, as is travel insurance naming elective surgery abroad. A planned second fat-transfer session, where the surgeon advises one, is quoted separately and said out loud at the first consultation rather than later.
Questions people ask
How long do I stay in Turkey?
Labiaplasty, about four nights. Vaginoplasty, five to six with one hospital night. Penile procedures, five to seven depending on which is done, with the dressing changed and checked before you fly.
Will there be visible scarring?
Labiaplasty leaves a line along the trimmed edge that is hard to find after six months. Penile lengthening uses an incision at the base, in the pubic hair. Vaginoplasty scars are internal. None of them is invisible at close range at three weeks, and all of them settle considerably past that.
How much length or girth can I actually expect?
A surgeon will give you a range after examining you, and it will be more modest than the figures advertised online. We will not put a number on it before that examination, because the honest answer depends on your own anatomy — how much of the organ is already inside, how much pubic fat is in front of it, and the tissue available.
Is labiaplasty done for medical or cosmetic reasons?
Usually physical: rubbing in clothing, discomfort cycling or in sport, catching during sex. Where the reason is appearance alone, that is a legitimate reason too, but it is worth knowing that the range of normal is extremely wide and that much of what people compare themselves against has been edited.
Can I combine this with another operation?
Labiaplasty is often combined with vaginoplasty, and mons pubis liposuction is commonly combined with penile lengthening because it changes visible length more than the release does. Combining with an unrelated long operation is a different question and is answered on anaesthetic time rather than on price.
