Our promise, written down
How Our Pricing Works
Medical travel has one recurring complaint, and it is not the medicine. It is the number that grows: the implant that did not include the crown, the “all-inclusive” package that met a second invoice at the clinic, the upgrade sold on the morning of surgery. This page is how we make sure that does not happen to you — in enough detail that you can hold us to it.
The short version: the plan and the price come to you in writing before you book. After that, the only things that can change the price are the ones a clinician could not know from your photographs, and each of them comes back to you in writing, with the reason, before it is done.

What the price on a treatment page is
It is a package price in euros for a defined plan: the treatment, the hospital and hotel nights listed on that page, private transfers, tests, medication and follow-up — and our work coordinating it. For treatments quoted per item, such as a single implant or a crown, the page says so and tells you what the item includes. Where a price genuinely cannot be given before a surgeon has reviewed your case, the page says “price on request” rather than printing a number that would not survive the review.
The word “from” means the price for the plan described on the page. A bigger plan — more implants, a combined operation, a longer stay — costs more, and the page tells you what moves the figure. It does not mean a teaser that nobody actually pays.
Every quote has four parts
Most clinics give you two lists: included and not included. The problems live in a third list that nobody writes down, so we write it down. Every treatment page and every written plan you receive from us has all four.
Included
Everything the price covers, item by item: the operation or treatment, the hospital and hotel nights, transfers, tests, medication, follow-up.
Not included
What you pay for elsewhere: flights, travel insurance, meals outside the hotel, and anything that belongs to a later year, such as a revision or a second session.
May change after examination — and why
The short list of things a clinician cannot know from photographs: what a scan shows, what the pre-operative tests find, whether the plan needs to grow. Each one says why it might apply and what it would cost.
Free
The review of your case, the written plan, the examination and scans on arrival, and saying no. Not “included in the price” — free, whether or not you go ahead.
When the price can change, and the rules that apply
- 1
Only after an examination. A clinician who has examined you, seen your scan or your test results, has found something the photographs could not show. Nobody changes a price because you have arrived and are now easier to sell to.
- 2
Only in writing. You receive the revised item, the reason, and the new total, in writing, before anything is done. If you are told in the chair and asked to decide on the spot, that is a breach of this policy — tell us.
- 3
Only with your yes. You can decline. Neither we nor the clinic charge you for declining a change to the plan. If declining means the treatment cannot sensibly go ahead, any amount you have paid for treatment that will not happen is returned in full, as our terms say.
- 4
Never for the things that were always going to be needed. The crown on an implant, the anaesthetist, the hospital night, the follow-up — these are in the price from the start, because leaving them out to shrink the headline is exactly the trick this page exists to stop.
What we do not do
- A deposit before you have the written plan with the clinic’s name on it.
- A “from” price that leaves out something you will certainly need — the crown on an implant, the anaesthetist, the hospital night.
- A new figure on arrival. If the plan changes after examination, you get it in writing and you decide; saying no costs nothing.
- Add-ons sold on the day — PRP, vitamin drips, lasers, “premium” upgrades you did not ask about.
- A success rate, a satisfaction percentage or a guaranteed result. None of those can be promised honestly, so we do not print them.
How we are paid
Our coordination is inside this price. You do not pay us separately, and nothing is added at the clinic that was not in your written plan. We are a coordinator, not a clinic: we select the partner clinic for your case, obtain the written plan and price, arrange the travel around it and stay reachable afterwards. Our margin is inside the package price. There is no consultation fee, no booking fee, and no second invoice from us. Because we are paid by the case and not by the size of the operation, a clinician reviews your case — and if the right answer is a smaller procedure, or none, that is the answer you get.
Deposit, balance and refunds
A booking is confirmed when you accept the written plan and the deposit has been received — not before, and never on the strength of a phone call. Your plan states how and when the balance is paid and what the deposit covers. If you cancel, the deposit covers work already done and reservations already made on your behalf; what is recoverable depends on how close to the date you cancel and is stated in your plan. If the clinic or we cancel, or a surgeon declines your case after review, anything you have paid for treatment that will not happen is returned in full. The full wording is in our terms.
Why the prices are lower than at home — and when a low price is a warning
Staff costs, rent, laboratory wages and the exchange rate, almost entirely. An implant, a block of zirconia or a breast implant comes from the same manufacturers at a similar price wherever it is used. That is why there is a floor: when a quote sits far below even the Turkish range, the saving is coming from somewhere else — usually the brand, the laboratory, the number of visits, or a list of things that will be added later. Our treatment pages give the European ranges so you can see both the saving and the floor.
How to compare any two quotes
Ask these of us and of anyone else. Every one has an answer that can be written down.
- Is the surgeon’s or dentist’s fee, the anaesthetist and the hospital theatre all in the number — or just one of them?
- How many hospital nights and hotel nights are in it, and what does an extra night cost?
- Are pre-operative tests, medication, garments or splints, and follow-up visits in it?
- For dental: is the crown priced with the implant or separately? Is the scan free? Which implant system, by name, and is there a passport?
- What happens to the price if the examination changes the plan — and is that written down anywhere?
- Who do you call at 2 a.m. in week two, and does the price include that person?
Hold us to it
If at any point a figure appears that was not in your written plan, write to us before you pay it. That is the whole point of having the plan in writing.
