How we work

1. 1

   You send photos or an X-ray

   Through the form or WhatsApp. A coordinator passes them to the treating clinic’s clinical team.

2. 2

   You receive a written plan and price

   What will be done, with which materials, how many nights, what is included and what is not. Nothing is negotiated on arrival; if the examination on day one changes the plan, you are told before anything starts.

3. 3

   One package for treatment, hotel and transfers

   For surgical and full-mouth dental packages the price covers the treatment, hospital or clinic, a 5-star hotel with breakfast and private transfers. Smaller treatments are quoted treatment-only and we arrange the hotel at cost.

4. 4

   A host during your stay

   An English-speaking coordinator reachable on WhatsApp from arrival to departure, and a fit-to-fly check before you travel home.

5. 5

   Follow-up after you go home

   Photos reviewed remotely at set intervals; questions answered on WhatsApp within the day; written warranty documents for dental work.

How we choose partners

Every treatment page on this site states the licensing, materials and warranty that apply to it. For dental treatment the criteria are fixed and the same in every city we work in:

• ✓Ministry of Health international health-tourism authorisation (lead clinic: ST-0974); partner clinics in every city are selected on the same licensing criteria
• ✓Implants from Straumann Group (Neodent), with an implant passport issued in your name; zirconia and E-max from Ivoclar — the same systems used across Western Europe
• ✓On-site dental laboratory, so crowns, veneers and bridges are made in the building and adjusted the same day
• ✓Premium implants: written warranty up to lifetime
• ✓E-max veneers: 10-year written warranty
• ✓Zirconia crowns: 5-year written warranty
• ✓Smile design: 2-year written warranty

For plastic and bariatric surgery, operations take place in licensed hospitals with a consultant anaesthetist, standard pre-operative testing and the hospital nights stated on each page. We publish figures — team size, patient numbers, review scores — only when we have verified them against the clinic’s own documents. Where we have not, we say so on the page rather than guessing.

What we will not do

• –Publish invented reviews, ratings, success rates or "award-winning" claims. If a number is on this site, it has a source.
• –Show AI-generated or stock "before and after" pictures as patient results. Case photos are real patients of our partner clinics, published with consent.
• –Recommend more treatment than you need. If whitening would do instead of veneers, or a mini lift instead of a full one, the page and the surgeon will say so.
• –Hide what is not included. Flights, insurance, extra nights and any additional procedure are listed as "not included" on every page.
