These terms cover the use of this website and the coordination service we provide. They are written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.

What we are

CureBooking is a medical travel coordinator. We are not a clinic, a hospital or a medical practice, and we do not employ the clinicians who treat you. We assess your enquiry, place it with a licensed partner practice, obtain a written plan and price, and arrange the travel around it.

The clinical decision is always the treating clinician’s, made after examining you. Nothing we send you before that examination is a diagnosis or a commitment to a particular treatment, and a surgeon can change or decline a plan on the day — including after you have travelled.

Prices and what they cover

Prices shown on this site are package prices in euros and each treatment page lists what is and is not included. They are indicative until you receive a written plan for your own case; the written figure is the one that binds us.

Flights are never included. Travel insurance is not included, and ordinary policies exclude elective surgery abroad — you need one that names it.

Where treatment reveals work that was not visible beforehand, such as a root canal on a tooth that turns out to be infected or a bone graft on a thin ridge, it is quoted to you and agreed before it is done. Nothing is added to an invoice after the event.

Booking, changes and cancellation

  • A booking is confirmed when you accept the written plan and the deposit has been received.
  • If you cancel, the deposit covers work already done and reservations already made on your behalf; what remains recoverable depends on how close to the date you cancel and is stated in your plan.
  • If the clinic or we cancel, or a surgeon declines your case after review, any amount you have paid for treatment that will not happen is returned in full.
  • Dates can be moved once at no cost from us, subject to the clinic’s availability. Airline and hotel change fees are theirs, not ours.
  • If you do not travel, do not arrive, or arrive unfit for the planned operation — for example having continued to smoke where the surgeon required you to stop — the reservations made for you are not recoverable.

What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We are responsible for the coordination: that the practice we place you with holds the authorisation we say it holds, that the plan and price you receive are the ones agreed with it, and that the travel we book is booked.

We are not responsible for the clinical outcome. Medicine has no guaranteed results, and this site makes no promise about a result, a success rate or a lifespan for any treatment. Complications are a possibility in every operation listed here and each treatment page sets out the ones that matter.

Where something goes wrong clinically, we take it up with the practice on your behalf and we stay involved. The clinical liability sits with the practice that treated you, under Turkish or Thai law as applicable, and your plan names it.

Using this website

  • The content here is written by us and is ours. You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution; wholesale copying is not permitted.
  • Prices, techniques and stay lengths change. The date each page was last reviewed is shown on it.
  • We do not accept uploads through this site. Photographs reach us by email or WhatsApp, at your choice, and the privacy page explains what happens to them.
  • Do not use this site to send us anything you are not entitled to share — someone else’s medical records, for instance.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law and the courts of Aydın, Türkiye have jurisdiction. This does not remove consumer rights you hold in your own country where those cannot be excluded by agreement.
