The short answer
A full arch on four implants (All-on-4) is €3,000 per arch with us — so €6,000 for both jaws. That is the route most people mean when they ask about full-mouth implants, and it is the one that works with limited bone.
Replacing every tooth individually is a different plan and a different price: at €500 per implant plus €160 for each zirconia crown, a single arch of 10 to 12 implants runs far above a full-arch bridge. It is rarely the right answer for a whole mouth, and it is often the number quoted by clinics to make a discount look dramatic.
Which plan is right is decided by bone, not by budget. A CBCT scan shows what you have; after that the honest options are usually All-on-4, All-on-6 for more bone and a more even load, or a mixed plan where some teeth are saved and implants fill the gaps.
The three routes, side by side
| Plan | Implants per arch | Our price | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 | 4 | €3,000 per arch | Limited bone; angled rear implants use the denser bone at the front |
| All-on-6 | 6 | Quoted on the plan | More bone available; load spread over more fixtures, useful for heavy bites |
| Individual implants + crowns | 10–12 | €500 + €160 per unit | When most teeth are missing but bone is excellent and you want separate teeth |
| Mixed plan | Varies | Quoted per item | Some natural teeth are worth keeping — usually the cheapest sound plan |
Full-mouth and multi-implant packages include hotel and airport transfers. Grafting (€250) or a sinus lift (€300) is added only where the scan shows it is needed.
Why All-on-4 costs less than twelve implants
Because you are not buying teeth, you are buying support. Four implants placed at the right angles can carry a full fixed bridge of 10 to 12 teeth; the bridge is one engineered unit rather than twelve separate crowns. Fewer implants also means less surgery, less grafting and a shorter treatment.
The trade-off is that the arch is a single structure: if one implant has a problem, the bridge is involved. In exchange you get a fixed set of teeth with far less biological demand on the jaw, often where a dentist has already said there is not enough bone for conventional implants.
The timeline, and what you wear in between
Full-arch treatment is two visits. On the first, remaining unsaveable teeth are removed, implants are placed and a temporary bridge is fitted — in many All-on-4 cases on the same day or within a few days, which is where the "teeth in a day" phrase comes from. The temporary is real and functional, but it is acrylic and it is not the final result.
Then three to six months of healing while the bone fuses. On the second visit the final bridge is made and fitted: zirconia or metal-ceramic, built in the clinic laboratory with the bite and the tooth proportions checked in front of you.
Be clear which bridge your quote covers. A price that includes only the temporary is not a full-mouth price, and this is the most common way full-arch quotes are made to look cheap.
What moves the price, legitimately
- Extractions needed before placement, and whether the sockets must heal first.
- Grafting or a sinus lift where bone is short — €250 and €300 respectively, only where the scan shows it.
- The final bridge material: zirconia costs more than metal-ceramic and looks better.
- One arch or two. Many people need one arch now and the other in a few years.
- Treating gum disease before anything is placed. Not optional, and not a hidden extra — it is the foundation.
Questions that separate a plan from a figure
- Does the price include the final bridge, or only the temporary?
- Is a CBCT scan taken before placement, and is it in the price?
- How many implants, which system, and will I get an implant passport?
- Is the bridge made in your own laboratory?
- How many visits, and how many nights in each?
- What does the warranty cover, for how long, and who pays for the travel if something must be redone?
The maintenance nobody prices in
A full arch is not a one-time purchase. It needs a professional clean every six months — specifically under the bridge, which you cannot reach with a normal brush — and the screws are checked at those visits. Patients who grind need a night guard, because grinding fractures ceramic and loosens screws.
Over fifteen years expect some maintenance: a chipped tooth repaired, a screw retightened, eventually a bridge remade. Planning for it is cheaper than being surprised by it, and it is the part a discount-led quote never mentions.
Questions people ask
How much are full-mouth implants in Turkey in total?
With us, €3,000 per arch for All-on-4 — €6,000 for both jaws, with hotel and transfers included in the package. Extractions, grafting and the choice of final bridge material move the figure, and you get it in writing after an X-ray review before you book.
Is All-on-4 as good as individual implants?
For a whole arch, it is usually the better engineered answer and it works with less bone. Individual implants make sense when you are replacing a few teeth among healthy ones, not a full jaw.
Will I be without teeth at any point?
No. A temporary bridge is fitted in the first visit, often the same day as surgery in All-on-4 cases. You fly home with teeth, and return for the final bridge after healing.
Can it all be done in one trip?
Surgery and a temporary, yes. The final bridge needs the bone to have fused, which takes three to six months. A clinic promising a finished full mouth in one week is renaming the temporary.
What if I have severe bone loss?
That is precisely the case All-on-4 was designed for — angled rear implants reach denser bone. Where even that is insufficient, grafting, zygomatic implants at a specialist centre, or an implant-retained overdenture are the honest options. The CBCT decides.
